Per diem PolicY

CFQU Per Diem Policy 

Effective February 2, 2026

All units rail billed on or after Sunday, February 1, at 23:59, will be subject to the per diem rates below regardless of the reservation date:

Origin:

• Day of Reservation = Free (Day zero)

• Day 1 – 10 = $18 (Begins 00:01 the day after Reservation)

• Day 11 – 15 = $30

• Day 16+ = $250

Destination:

• Day of Notification– Day 10 = $18

• Day 11 – 15 = $30

• Day 16+ = $250

Cancellations:

• If cancelled before 23:59 on the day of reservation, no per diem will be charged.

• If cancelled after 00:01 on Day 1, the above rules and charges will apply.

• It is the user’s responsibility to cancel any unused/unwanted reservations.
